Mission:
• stop the addiction cycle of fat/sugar/salt
• do 30-60 minutes of exercise each day: walk, run, ride, hike, animal shelter
• reduce or eliminate plastic bags
• eat locally grown in season foods
• no more processed foods
• photograph meals
• track calories on spreadsheets
• use a daily inspiration: quote, photo, goal
• stop eating meat unless it’s a proven organic/field raised happy animal farm
• meditate each morning and evening planing the goals and reviewing the successes of each day
• photograph progress, measure body size
• track farms and food producers and share with whomever gives a shit
• always bring bags to the store
• organic milk
• ride bike to farmer’s markets or grocery stores whenever possible
• no more fast food
• start cooking
first 6 weeks will be the toughest. after that, it’s all cake…..te he he.
